Do guests need an app?
Nope. A tap — or a scan of the printed QR — opens your page in the phone's browser. No downloads, no sign-ups, no email address held hostage.
Which phones work?
Every iPhone since the 7 and basically every Android taps straight away. Older phones use the QR printed on the talker: same page, one extra second.
What about load-shedding?
The talkers are passive — no battery, no power, no WiFi of their own. The guest's phone does the work, so a tap works in stage 6 by candlelight.
What if one goes missing?
Reassign the table to a spare in the dashboard in under a minute, so guests never notice. Need to top up? We'll ship a replacement talker straight to you at the standard rate.
Can I change things myself?
Yes — WiFi, menu, reviews, contact details, app links and the what's-on panel are all editable in your dashboard, live the second you save.
How long does setup take?
Most venues are live the afternoon the box arrives. Name your tables, set the talkers down, done before service.
Is my guests' data safe?
A tap sends us nothing personal — no name, no number, no location history. We count taps and requests, that's it. POPIA and GDPR compliant.
